Android app is closing immediately. Cleared cache of app and phone with no success.

Yeah I’m having the same issue after latest update. App closes immediately after opening and is unusable.

Same issue here. Android OS on a Samsung Note 9. App worked flawlessly up until about 3 weeks ago, now it force closes whenever I attempt to log in.
Have tried Clearing cache and restarting. Uninstalling and reinstalling. Currently the app is useless as is my
“premium” membership.
I have emailed both Dan Ostermeyer as well as the WikEM tech support email and have had zero response.
Has anyone else made contact via email? Any responses? Is this only on android? Any iPhone users with the same problem?

Yes this is a odd bug and may be due to screen timeout not allowing a complete database download and seems to now be an issue as our site has grown so much.
As a bandaid can you try an uninstall and then reinstall while on wifi and allow the entire update to occur making sure to prevent screen timeout or dimming.
